The Ask

Access to one of the five existing Copilot Pro+ test accounts

The organization already has five GitHub Copilot Pro+ test seats. Access to one of them is all that's needed to run this POC against real corporate architecture artifacts.

What This Enables

The POC so far has been validated against a synthetic workspace (NovaTrek Adventures). Every result in this presentation — 39 files produced, 208x cost advantage, zero fabrication — comes from that synthetic environment.

The next step is proving it works against real artifacts:

  • Point the AI at actual corporate OpenAPI specs, ADRs, and architecture metadata
  • Run architecture scenarios against real JIRA tickets and real service codebases
  • Measure output quality when the workspace contains actual production context
  • Produce a definitive go/no-go recommendation based on corporate evidence

No new infrastructure, no new licenses, no procurement. Just access to a seat that already exists.

Summary of Evidence (Synthetic POC)

Claim Source
208x cheaper per run Actual billing data from Phase 1 execution
39 architecture files produced 5 evaluated scenarios following MADR/arc42/C4 standards
301 artifacts published automatically Live portal at architecture.novatrek.cc
95%+ knowledge gap rate Phase 1 post-execution analysis
Zero fabrication (Copilot) Head-to-head comparison vs Roo Code

Every number above comes from measured results against the synthetic workspace. The next step is validating against real corporate data.
